by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not compulsory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
Specific information regarding the right of withdrawal for digital services (TestTrainer)
The TestTrainer we provide is a digital service delivered on-demand via the internet, for which no physical data storage medium is supplied.
If you have requested that we commence the provision of the digital service during the withdrawal period, you must, in the event of withdrawal, pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the digital services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of the digital services provided for in the contract.
